Payment Terms are strictly on presentation of invoice unless prior arrangements have been made.
Quotation excludes travel expenses, which will be for the customer's account.
Pricing does not include on-site installation, systems set-up, peripheral set-up and software configuration. If this labour is required it will be billed at our standard rate of R350.00 per hour excluding VAT. 
All equipment remains the property of Absol until paid for in full.
Pricing is subject to fluctuation based on daily Rand/$ rates.
Absol's standard terms and conditions apply; these can be provided on request.
Acceptance of this quotation implies acceptance of all of the above conditions.
