Carrera Cafe Loyalty Program Launched
Absol Internet Business Solutions has deployed a brand new nationwide customer loyalty software solution for Carrera Café, Porsche South Africa, after successful user acceptance testing at Porsche Centre Johannesburg. The system consists of a digital POS (Point of sale) application which allows Porsche South Africa to track and manage consumer behaviour as well as offer digital loyalty & membership services to their customers.
The solution will help Porsche South Africa to build, manage and evaluate customer loyalty campaigns allowing them to provide customer incentives like rewards points, discount vouchers and complimentary food & drink items which adds value to the customer experience and will ultimately enhance customer engagement.
